That wii depend on the type of RES course you are taking full day course (will be much faster depending on course provider) or night courses which can stretch to about 2 to 3 months (again depend on course provider) ... and the exam is bi-monthly (u need to complete the course 70% attendance min. before u are able to register for exam) ... after wait for few weeks for results and after that a few days of course in your real estate company while waiting for your licence to be issued ... so in all est about 6 months or so...

All course provider charges about the same but if u r a Union member got 30% (IIRC ...confirm with course provider, this used to be 50%) discount ... may want to consider Pioneer as they the only provide free revision prior to exam. Good Luck!

Agents are big big target board ... some are driver... some are runner... some small thing big thing also agent fault... right wrong also agent fault, not happy just cut commission ... some "better" ones will find beautiful excuse to cut or dun pay commission ... sometimes being compliant to the Council Estate of Agents then need to la kopi... in short whatever or anything is also agent problem (even got nothing to do with agents) ... life and career of an agent...
Ah yes, CEA. Where will we be without them? In fact, I've recently lodged complaints against 2 errorneous agencies (not agebts) with them.
