Items 1 and 2 will not work with the 580EX II hotshoe flash, you would need this instead :

The Delicacy 180 Mini Lighting Kit does not run on batteries, it runs only off an AC power supply. However it is small and portable.

You can use a DC to AC inverter (http://www.tantronics.co.uk/acatalog/Ring_PowerSource_RINV300_12V_240V_300W_Inverter2.html), you can probably find it in Sim Lim Tower.
