What would you consider as "average fee" ?

It would help if you can provide some info like:

how many items
how many shots/angle per item
how you want the items shot ( with b/g of for edge out purpose )
What is the usage
is art direction needed

All this will play a part on the final cost of the photography session.

Charlie Lim is not cheap. He's fee is considered by some to be on the high side but there's no harm checking him out.

My average fees are $3,500 a day ( 8 hours excluding OT. OT is $150 an hour).

Look for me if you are interested.

30% downpayment before shoot.

70% when I pass you the images.

No credit.

in case you don't know, I hardly shoot product nowadays, just kpo kpo a bit, hope she can find what she want.... CHEAP, FAST & GOOD..... (most of the time can only chose two of these)

TS is new here and he may not know the market for product shoot. I guess it would not cost us anything to just inform him of the possible cost of getting product shots done, especially if he intend to get a professional studio to do it.

depending on which job and the client he's quoting for

Example from my client:
To recopy an artwork. 20 mins from start to finish. Cost $500/-

Not sure if people consider this high but for the next artwork to be shot, I charge my client $120/-. Spend 30 mins to get the job done :dunno:
