Problems in viewing CS Photo Gallery

Oh yah. Just want to share this. If you encounter Clubsnap asking you to login everytime you click a link or send a PM, it's your ZoneAlarm. I had this problem before. Everytime I click on a link it tells me that I am not logged on.

weird I am having the problem even if I set up an exeception rules for www.gallery.clubsnap.org. Any ideas how else to view pictures execpt by turning off the norton security firewall.

1. Log in to the Gallery using your existing ClubSNAP userid and password
2. Click on Upload Photos (on the menubar, top-right)
3. Select a CATEGORY for the images - either to one of the pre-defined Categories or to your own private gallery/album.
4. Select up to 5 photos to upload.
5. Click Submit
6. Enter details for each of the 5 photos. You can also change the Category or private album/gallery for each of the photos here.
7. Click on Process Files to finalise upload and display the images.

Sorry Darren....gotta paste this from the other thread.
With reference to #2.....couldn't find the menubar let alone the "upload photos" tab or am I missing something here.

Try this ...it work for me...

1. Open your NIS (Norton Internet Security)
2. Click on 'Privacy Control'
3. Then click on 'Configuration'
4. Click on 'Advanced'
5. Click on 'Add Site'
6. Type 'gallery.clubsnap.com'(see pic)
7. Click on 'gallery.clubsnap.com' site
8. Under 'Global Settings' choose permit for 'Information about visited sites'
9. Press 'OK' twice
10. Done

I had this very problem this morning. It was caused by my firewall, ZoneAlarm.
To fix it, I went to Privacy settings, found the entry for gallery.clubsnap.com, right click and choose options, uncheck remove private header. That solved it.

Hope this info is of some benefit to someone.

I am using the free version for ZoneAlarm.
