it is an extra 450d megazine size book that can be brought separately if canon never give it to you.

the book is pretty helpful and can be use inconjuction with the standard manual.

i have this book which still in mint condition, are you interested, can sell you at $10.

I think most people sell the 5dmkii kit lens at buy sell, I dun think shops give very good price.

5Dmk2 have either body only or with kit lens set. If you don't want the 24-105, you can just buy the body only box. Some shops do break up the kit set and will sell you just the body from it when they ran out of body-only boxes.

Some will buy the kit set and try to sell the 24-105 lens in the B&S section. To get a good price for it, you might want to advertise your purchase ahead of time so people can go to the shop with you when you make the purchase and pick up the lens. This way, the buyer will know they are getting a brand new lens directly from the shop.

5Dmk2 have either body only or with kit lens set. If you don't want the 24-105, you can just buy the body only box. Some shops do break up the kit set and will sell you just the body from it when they ran out of body-only boxes.

Some will buy the kit set and try to sell the 24-105 lens in the B&S section. To get a good price for it, you might want to advertise your purchase ahead of time so people can go to the shop with you when you make the purchase and pick up the lens. This way, the buyer will know they are getting a brand new lens directly from the shop.

I think that would depend largely on your bargaining skills. You do have some leverage if you are buying both from the same shop.
