The box contains:
1) Japanese warranty for body
2) International warranty for lens
+ the usual stuffs but no SD card or English manual.
Just a reminder to ppl thinking of buying from such shop in Japan, if you can find them 1st:

I went to recce around the price for Canon 40D...as usual cathay sells the most exp...
but a shop beside cathay is selling a brand new grey set for S$900!! Its a steal but I found it too gd to be true and did not buy it.
