Yes, it is puzzle me too.
As Canon priced 20D at higher price than 30D??
Can anyone from Canon verify this and why??

The only reason, I guest was to protect existing 20D user. In my opinion, this won't help as there are very few 20D stock available now!!?? So it is a Canon strategy??:dunno:

Upzz for the price guide as we can clearly see the DSLR new and used price if you want to upgrade or for newbie new purchase!

1. Body + kit lens (18-55mm)
2. BG-E3 grip
3. Canon EOS bag (which I sold to a great CSer)
4. 1gb Sandisk Ultra II CF card

hmmm...i think u will find a price range of 2k to 2.2k depending on that type of warrenty that the cam has...

2k of course is direct import and only the shop give warrenty...
u pay for wat u get...

I was quote 9300 yuan (about S$1860) in Wuxi, China from a large electronic shop for a EOS 30D (with full canon warranty). This price is for body only without CF card.

Things here are generally cheaper than Shanghai, but warrany for canon DSLR is as usual, only valid within china.

I do believe it's a 1GB Sandisk Ultra II CF that comes with the Canon special offer. Apparently, Parisilk extended the special offer. It was supposed to be over. Good lah, it gets them the business too. I'm sure people like me, who are entering the DSLR scene, will find it a good deal.

BTW, does anyone have pictures to show me how the free EOS bag looks like? If it's quite good, I might hold off getting a LowePro Toploader, in favour of saving for a lens.
