Price too good to be true??

Hi all i am a Noob in photography just got into DSLR phtography recently. However while i search the net, there is a company which offer me a 70-200 f/4L and a EF-S 10-20mmIS lens all for only 1000USD include shipment fee.

Does this price sound too good for you all??? please advise, will it be a scam?? the sales manager name is Alexander Tony...they does not accept visa( which may be the reason for low pricing?) they only accept money gram and western union wire...

I am quite new in this so i need advise from all the experience DSLR players wich has scout the market for some years.

Any advise or help render is deeply appreciated. Cheers.

just dont buy it.

Moneygram / western union /telegraphic transfer are the most common tell tale signs.

Visa / MC / Paypal would be safer, as the companies have the reciepient's records. if they dont even accept these, then dont bother. bloody scam for sure.

Even when we call them st*pid or something, the Nigerian scammers seems to be the smart ones. Some people must be sending them money if not why are they still doing this scam day in and day out?

if it's too good to be true, it probably is. Don't buy.

okie got it seems like no 1 has dealing with them before... i agree 1 thing about visa is i could jam the payment if i could not see the goods.... if they dun accept, properly is really a scam... However, the price they offer is not really that far off... expect for their 10-20mm pricing is 350 USD really blow your mind.. the 70-200mm was 800usd was in fact more expensive than i could get in a local shop. what is fishy was the combine price was like WTF.. that make me think is a scam.
