Price for D90

I call now not even got tripod.

got mine for $1690 net (18-105mm kit) with Lexar 4gb (comes with SDHC USB reader) at MS Color - AMK, not such a good deal after reading the posts here - it's near my place

CP quoted $1750 for the same thing

maybe I can always find better prices elsewhere

i see most people spending lots of time or maybe forever just to save 10-20 bucks

isn't it better to spend more time on photography than spend more time on trying to save a few dollars?

yo, i feel that, the freebie usually are not that great...
i personally have the "default" tripod and lowepro rezo 190aw
i feel that the tripod is not v good... should have gotten a better one...
as for the lowepro, it is quite good in fact...
so if the shop gives free nikon tripod, dun take this into consideration
just take the body + kit, and hunt for the other accesories

But usually no much reduction for the already quoted price , even if we don't take the freebies.
Should have ask for the price without freebies first and bargain from there right ?

yes, u just said u only wan the D90 kit, then bargain from there, once u get ur "discounted price" then u said u need bag and tripod, then say, since u get the D90 from them, ask them for additional discount on the accessroies

Reserved my D90 from J- one, KL cost me RM 3000 for D90 body + Nikon 4Gb SD Card + Nikon bag ... RM 3000 /2.38 = S$1260. :thumbsup:

Total - S$2,420/-


plus cleaning kits, blower, screen protector and a Nikon camera bag..

All from Edison Electronics which i bought on 20 Dec 08..
