It seems that HN is really aggressive in promoting thier DSLR. Hope to see they strike again in coming IT show.(competition is good for consumers)

I've checked out the audio house's promotion... not sure when was this updated but is this price reasonable? (think i'll prob go down check out when i'm free)

Yeah.. I think CP should accept 0% credit card payments. Call them up to confirm. The rest of the usual shops you'll need to add 3%. Work that out to see if it's is still viable for you after the 3%. Many places selling at 1680 or thereabouts, so after 3% would be 1730.4. Might still be cheaper than places which sell at RRP and accepts credit card.

OMG another one, just realized that 8GB not high speed card is only $32 so actually I find the audio house promotion as something not really good. And usually they do have some very bad sales antics, when you go down, they will tell you this or that is not available.
So let me calculate, again.
8GB - $32
4GB - Free anywhere else if you buy the kit
30L Dry Cab - $108 Maybe even lesser
Tripod - $30
Case - $10 Max?
Cleaning Kit - $8-$10
Batt Grip - Is it original? 3rd Party about $100? But don't mess around with 3rd party items related to batteries on the D90 as others mention they have some complains with the battery not being able to charge on D90 charger, so looks like Nikon knows about it and have fixed it such that only original batteries can be used. Original - $160.
So - $1988 - 32 - 108 - 30 - 10 - 10 - 160 (benefit of doubt) = 1638
Assuming the grip is not original - 1988 - 32 - 108 - 30 - 10 - 10 - 100 = 1698
Which is not really worth it as kits are going at about $1400-$1500 nowadays so 198 for dry cab + grip is not really good considering its 3rd party and dry cab is only 30L
