Local sets.. I don't believe grey sets are out yet? Anyway for those who want the grip, the sitex deal seem ok~

where can the d90 battery be bought at $69?
or can just use 3rd party battery, high capacity(something >2000mAh, the shop say can give more shots) . Can advise the reliable/brand/price/place to buy? heard some 3rd party battery the charger refuse to charge.

the batt can be bought any recommanded shops in Nikin thread price ranging 60++ to ard 70.
Batt grip is a attachment below ur D90 tht holds 2 3e batts or 6 AA batt, more power and controls for horizontial shooting

So... which is the best place to get. considering if i do not need a tripod, dry cabinet and bag...the shop beside lords selling at 1500 b4 gst? that's 1601 with gst?.
Can advise me where to get the cheapest without the non essential freebies?
There freebies that would attract me are orginal battery(69), battery grip(160) and filter(30-60).
Planning to get one soon. Giving myself a Christmas present hahaha. Care to share. or should i wait for Sitex? will the price be cheaper... if the couple all those purchase with purchase gimmick... will it be more expensive?

Batt grip is about $190++ for a new one, if u do not need those additional freebies

Just for info. HN Jurong one saleslady selling D90kit local for $1620 (cash only). Comes with 4Gb card, dun think can squeeze anything more. Cheers.
D90 Kit, the body and kit lens is in 1 BOX. The physical box will indicate D90 with a 18-105 VR Lens.. pretty straight forward.
There is no D90 with 18-55 kit.. These are offered by the shop. Depending on which shop, some sell it by removing the D90 kit's 18-105 lens and add 18-55mm lens. Usually some shops do this because there was no D90 body only stock, and they are willing to trade in the 18-105. While others bundle the D90 Body only with an 18-55mm lens.. the latter should be the most common.. so far only lords offer the former (I think, but can't confirm)
HK Set, no idea what it says on the box. But the warranty card will indicate HK. This doesn't mean it's a HK set as long as it has Nikon Singapore printed.. it's some code or something. AFAIK, unless it's international or local warranty, it's not cover by NSC

The NIKON D90 scores a sixth place finish on image quality performance as tested by DXO analyzer, even besting out it's older brother D300. On 1st place is NIKON D3 followed by D700 then CANON 1Ds MII. This should spark up the sale of D90. For those ho hasn't got their D90... this should be the best reason to get one now!!
