Price for D90

I felt that i was seriously kena conned jia lat jia lat just now when I bought my D90 in simlim.

The guy told me that the price for D90 got F1 promotion SGD$1400 (not include GST). Omg, i thought that s a very good deal. Then he started asking me to buy other things.

Nikkor 70-300mm G AF
16GB memory card
bag Rezo 190AW lowepro
extra original battery EN-EL3e (he claimed the price is 300SGD, how stupid I was I believed that)
2 UV filters (67mm and 62mm)

Do you guys think the items above worth SGD$900?

Ok, let's do some calculation since I'm in the mood :embrass:

Bag (Nikon gift, not all shops give so it's a bonus)

If you paid 2398, the valuation of the items if you hunt at every shop for the lowest price would be about 2235,

So i add the difference and you paid the kit at under recommended retail price still. :dunno: Technically you weren't conned, since you didn't pay more than you should. And you actually still pay a little cheaper than if you bought it at HN/courts, this figure is still not including the .5 WA converter since I have no idea what is that price..

Where did you get the "F1 promotion"? I believe the price SGD$1500 (with GST) comes with the standard len, am I right? Thanks.

Only the D3 and D700 are made in Japan. The other models, including D90, are made in Thailand.
