Premiere Pro on Windows not compatible with Prores Raw?

I have shoot some work with my Canon R5 + Ninja V in ProRes Raw. After importing I get the error message that Premiere Pro can't decode Prores Raw. I have installed Apple codec but still doesn't work... Any help here?

ProRes RAW support on Windows requires user-installation of the ProRes RAW Decoder from Apple. ProRes RAW Decoder is NOT licensed or supported by Adobe and is subject to Apple Terms and Conditions.
