2) Four PowerEx 1800mAH NiMH batteries with case.

Why not try bringing in the C401FS....I'll probably wanna try one of those

I am already offering 1 year warranty for repair, replacement of parts and servicing.

The 14 days 1-for-1 exchange policy is to exchange for a brand new set.

How are u going to honour your warranty? Do u own a retail shop? I'm interested in the C401FS-W, are u bringing them in too?

For 1-to-1 exchange, we have stocks specially set aside for that.

For 1 year warranty, we will loan you a unit while we send your unit back to the manufacturer for repair. We will cover shipping and repair costs provided if the unit is faulty due to manufacturer defects.

Currently we are working towards having a website to sell our products. We will still have real people manning the phones and supporting our customers.
