but I rarely use flash on animals (unless really forced to) plus this was a candid shot opportunity as I saw this cat on the wall lazing. Had to move fast before it decides to moved off...

The previous posted photos are original from the CF card w/o any post processing...They look okay in my LCD screen though... Do photos look dimmer after resized? :dunno:

Was testing a lens the other day. This cat seems very curious about what I am doing.

Holding at near ground level with 'estimated' composition, so ears and leg cropped, and the dof is off, but the cat is cute....

Actually the focus is not dead on the eyes(iris), it is somewhat between the eyes and the nose...
Of course it helps too if the dof is deeper. :bsmilie:
