Its a pretty good and sharp portriat :)

I like cats, used to buy milk and feed them when I was very young. Don't like them scratching my bike seats though.

All film.

Lots of nice cats picture. Keep at it!
Anyway, must also comment those ppl that feed the cats. =)

Also, milk is ok for some but not for some cats and dogs. (Lactose intolerance) Especially small kittens. Must have special formulated milk or lactose free milk (rare in market)

Cheers,
tltan

Surge,

You may want to be a lot more careful about the "feeding" part. In most places, there are caregivers who have been taught to feed their charges (the strays) under controlled conditions, ie, a fixed number of meals. Additional, unsolicited feeding can (1) upset the dietary plans for some caregivers, esp in the case of unwell felines, and (2) upset timings intended to keep the animals safe.

how would you like to live in a world where the only time you can eat is 0800, 1200 and 1800 and only certain kind of food cos someone decided that if you eat at as you wish or when you are hungry, it is bad for you and can upset your diet. oh, you can only eat at home cos someone may rob you when you are eating or steal your things, for your own safety....

Worse still, such unsolicited feeding can sometimes draw unwanted attention to the strays, putting them at further risk from the already unfriendly human co-inhabitants.
some cats love to be hug/carried, that is from the little i know that when a cat purrs when you carry it, means it is enjoying it. cats needs and want the affection from us at times. instead of staying away from it cos we don wan it to think everyone is going to love it, i rather love it and give it the hug that it wants.

Rather than tell ppl what is wrong to do, i prefer to do the right to show that we can love the animals in the streets, its ok.

Sometimes, such unsolicited feeders are also to blame for adding to the mess left behind by various irresponsible humans - litter, leftover food (attracts rats, flies, roaches), poop (usually from irresponsible dog owners). The list is a long one.

i do nsure i clear up after feeding than throw the cans/packets all over the place

Do give that additional thought of care, those of you who TRULY love the other animal inhabitants of our world. For it is their world too. They have just as much right to it is you and me.

rights? when we choose to sterilise them we already decided that we are superior to them and taken their rights away to mate( of cos, for their own good). you already decided that they should eat only at certain times( of cos for their own good).........if a fella from human welfare soceity come to you and offer to feed you nutritious food ( but you can eat outside thier timing or other food. and also you have to stay away from opposite sex cos they can hurt your feelings or give you diseases. and when out on the streets, ppl who love you won come near you cos they don wan you to think that everyone is nice like them so that you can be safe( but alone la), would you agree to it?

we already decided many things for the cats cos that is what we think is the best for them. we already taken away many 'rights' from them. i am guilty as charged, i kept 4 cats at home and dont let them out cos i am afraid they get hurt, and i get hurt when they are hurt.

thanks for you note. i WILL continue to feed them if they are hungry. i WILL carry them if they wan affection.

after all, animals dont live to get higher education, or travel to see the world, but only ot hunt for food and reproduce( which they already cant after some snipping from the human who think that is the best for them..OR is it for us so that we dont get hurt seeing things we don wanna to see?
