well, you have to sit outside until you are 21. I was using the Adult Shops' concept to poke fun at how we are always told to "sit down and shut up". :bsmilie:

Thanks. I'm really having fun with it, but having a lot of problem with focusing. Especially in low light condition...
BTW I really like your fireworks photos

Here are some insect shots I'd taken at the Botanic Gardens today.

wow! good job! u really bring out the potential of the camera man!

Thanks for the compliments, but I still have a long way to go. Didn't do so well with flowers. Unlike those insects shots, these flowers shots needed to have color correction before I can present to you all.

Hi nice series!

Guys keep on with your posting, this thread has been dormant for a while, great to see it alive again.

Zaknafein & vbs1979, thanks for your comments

For #1 and #4 there are only slight croping. #2 and #3 need a 30-40% crop due to the distance they were at. I can't use my +4 well yet, so all these shots are taken without filter.

Sorry if I'm off topic. I'll like to ask all you S9500 pros here if Raynox DCR-250 worth investing on S9500? Or are there better macro filter or lens for S9500. Thanks

raynox close up lens is worth buying, but if u r on budget, a macro filter will also be fine.
