These are really nice, makes an ordinary scene look striking  I guess that's the "special power" of a lensbaby, in the hands of good user :)

longko - ah, looks fun! speaking of which, the body of the lensbaby actually looks like a plunger, hehehe. maybe that's how they actually make it.

seefei - no la, my 50mm is buried in the bag, and i mean, i should use it, i haven't touched it for a while. :) i'm not really sure how to use it actually, just trying for isolation here.. i think there are much better LB pictures out there.. just have to find them. hard to find a consolidated treasure trove of good LB pictures, few people use them, and even then they don't use them much. as for impact, my street is still not very good i feel, you should check out rui palha on flickr, i saw him from the onlinephotographer site a while back and i haven't ever stopped looking. i guess it's just a willingness to snap anything and everything, and then you end up with good shots out of the many dumped ones.. :)

gengh - thanks for the kind comments :)

flowerpot - oh you're right! i just checked out their site.. paiseh.. :) in that case i might be using f/2.8 or f/4.. hahaha..

Oooh, I like this one :) More bg blur would be even better!

I agree, but all my other shots failed that day:( ...probably a combination of incorrect shutter speed and handshake. I think selectable SR would be very useful for long range panning shots. I had turned off SR completely. I'll head back there and try again sometime this weekend or the next.
