The Ginza at nite is very nice. I am intending to go Japan this June. May I noe wat tripod u bought along? I am wondering if my Manfrotto 055 is too heavy to be lugged around. thanks.

Personally, i will find Manfrotto 055 a bit too heavy for travel.:)

Was passing by Botanical Gardens, and thought may as well use my DA70mm ... As I was walking down the pond, and found the lights on this colored leaved shrub. Thought it looks really and captured it with the DA70mm. What was really a morning for flower portraiture ended with LEAVES...

I really like the bokeh it produces.. and of course, not to mention the sharpness. Again, another wonderfully constructed (and compact as well), and sharp lens by Pentax's primes!

Makes me wonder what if it's a limited MACRO! :bsmilie:

Nice hjbyeo:thumbsup:. Thanks for sharing. The Ltd are nice sharp little lens.

Well get the 35mm Ltd macro and you will know.:bsmilie:

Btw, I tried to link the pics but only either got text or links... Any helpful soul?

If I'm not wrong, Picasaweb doesn't allow hotlink. You might want to use other pic hosting like Flicker or Photobucket.:)

Was at Sentosa Flowers yesterday and took a snap of 3 kids sitting side by side enjoying their ice cream.

3 x ice cream in hand, 3 x expressions.

I like the 1st pix.. since you are using the picasa, there's usually a right section on the webpage (where your pix is located) where it suggest you may want to link the photograph.

Check out the HTML code which it provides, and there's the URL you need to show the pix straight from Clubsnap.

It works for me!

Yes yes, it can be done.

1. On the menus on the right when viewing your photo, look for "Link to this photo", click on it to expend the menu.

2. Select the size you want to embed, eg. 400px.

3. Copy the HTML code under "HTML to embed in website". It should look something like this:
<a href="http://picasaweb.google.com/genghk/RandomStuff/photo?authkey=blDdICSftxU#50949011611218XXXXX"><img src="http://lh5.google.com/genghk/RrS5nLJkLjI/AAAAAAAACEM/l5dSG8cdVO4/s400/IMG_XXXX.JPG" /></a>
However, all you need is the second string of "http://lh5.google.com/yadayadayada...". What I do is copy the whole chunck from Picasa first, then paste it into CS's "Insert image" dialogue box, then trim it down to just what's between the second set of quotation marks. That should do the trick for you.

Btw, like your CBD night shot, that must be done from top floor of city hall!

Hi... I used a Canon tripod that comes free with a canon videocam that I bought some time ago. It's lightweight and easy to carry around, especially while travelling. Japan in June should be nice... I went in August last year and it's the peak of Summer there... almost as hot as Singapore!

The picture of the Proboscis Monkey (3) is priceless. Were you lurking in the shadows to frame this? :)
