Wow, fengwei how did you get the 2 big cats to go snarling? The lion makes me think someone gave it a jab in the rear. :bsmilie: The exposure for the meerkat is superb.

;)

Now I need to posted some photos of my own I guess. I'll start with this one from the Zoo (shot on the last day of 2007):

Thanks Dennis :) The cats weren't happy with my K10D I guess ;)

Excellent conversion, great match for the scene

That's a unique angle, works pretty well here. And the walking person added some nice motion into this still photo too. Excellent work

Nice shot again. But I do feel the dark sky occupies too much of the photo Just my feel though.

Nice capture and post process. Works great on this one. Do you have any photos of the St Peter's Church with the super wide angle? I wish I had a super wide angle camera when I was there 5 years back ...

thanks fengwei, was wondering where you went :)

i do agree with you that there is too much sky.. think not really because dark, but because unnatural.. my gnd wasn't so good here, should have used the soft edge one but didn't bring it along for the trip.

st peter's basillica in vatican city? i do have a few posted in my italy thread.

Looking at the many photos posted, may I request that the EXIF DATA for the pictures be kept so that it can be a useful guide to others by providing info on camera used, focal length and exposure of the original photo. The metadata has the added benefit of being a tool to help classify and catalogue your images. :)

I would like to, except that Picasa web dumps the EXIF when I use the weblink they provide :(
Any other Picasa web users here knows a way around this? Not considering using other servers as I like most other things about it (for free).
