hrm, now it looks weird - because the lighting is erratic there is an abrupt transition from silhouette to detailed around the treeline
also - there is haloing apparent
but the sky definitely looks a lot better

of course there are many OOF pics. Just have to shoot many.
F300 f/4.5 did quite well, but now I am seriously thinking of getting the DA*60-250, which has WS but a little too short, or the Sigma 100-300 f/4, nice range but very heavy and not WS.
It was raining on Sat and I got my K10D wet, so a DA* lens would be nice.
Anyone has a sigma 100-300 f4? how is the AF speed?
