gigahz, that's a very nice cat.
Shes a very sweet cat, i want to adopt her :) but house doesnt allow pets :(

The cat's face is in the shadows... If we increase the exposure, the surrondings will be too bright. How do we typically take photos of such circumstances? Flash? Don't really want to agitate the cat.

PHOTOSHOP!!!:bsmilie:

Cute little girl. How old is she now? 10mths? You should post more of her photos, I'm sure friends here would love to see them :D

She's three months old :) I'll post more good ones later. Rushing to work now :p

Ah yes, this is the shot I couldn't take as my lens was too long:dunno: You were using a superzoom? Or did you change lens in preparation for it?

I changed to the 16-50 lens.:)

Looks like the 18-250 is the best lens for this airshow :bsmilie:

Just 3 months? Hmm, thought she's older than that 'cause she could raise her head already :embrass:

As long as the main subject (the cat) is well exposed, the over exposed surroundings isn't a big deal.

Like this high key shot:

Or this cat (also taken in shade):

Don't worry, its normal, some bubs can do that at 2 months.. Need to give them lots of tummy time. Strengthens the neck muscles.. either that or its the water in Perth..

Took this one when watching Halloween show this weekend

I'm very curious about resizing picture having kind of diagonal pattern, is there a way I can strip all the jaggies?
