If I stack two 50mm, will it give me the working distance of a 100mm 1:2 at least?

You mean with a reverse macro adapter that allows you to screw the two 50mm together using their front screw threads, facing each other? That will give you 1:1 macro, with a working distance of around 4-5cm

A bit cheezy, but I'm bad at coming up with tag-lines...

K10D + SMC A 50mm F1.4
handheld
shutter speed 0.3"
F 1.4
ISO : 100

ceiling floresent light 20w, at 2.4 meter height

exposure little bit over about 1/3 stop, just wanna know how low speed can I go.. :)

hmm, u are getting very techical here. Ha. 0.3" for the 50mm is on the very slow side i would say. the sharpness is compromised. For this shot, it would be nice to over-expose another 1/3 to 2/3 stops. Just my personal opinion. But welcome and do post more! <:
