I thought the Great Wall is jam packed with people nowadays. Can we still get a nice empty shot of it like this easily?

I was there about 9am so it was not so pack yet. There are 2 ways up the great wall(at BaDaLing) and I took the one with less people. My kids love running up the great wall.

Well, there were a lot beautiful ladies, but I didn't really put my eyes on them 'cause my daughter is much prettier, and she's with me all the time

That's funny, my daughter and I went to the Great Wall too :bsmilie: But the weather wasn't as good when we were there, cloudy w/ light rain :cry:

Pentax offers 500,600mm lenses? I think birding demands very expensive equipment. Still require those $2k gitzo and wimberly setup. Ha.

Yes, FA*600 f/4 and FA* 250-600 f/5.6. Sigma has an AF 500mm f/4.5 for pentax too.
