Oh! How's the lens performance so far? Sharp at F2.8? How much was it?

The lens performance was good, IMHO. Autofocus is fast and sharp throughout. Sharpness at F2.8 is a little less sharp comparing to stepping down a few stops. Having said that it is still very useable and better than the kit lens a lot.

The photo below is taken at 17mm F2.8. It is cropped and then reduce size. The focus point is the word "biased", judge for yourself. Price is about $600.

These two are abit under exposed I think. A bit PPing (level adjustment) would help alot

Hmmm guess i shldnt underexpose them so much in silkypix hehe, was thinking more of the highlights, will adjust them and try again

yes...amazing I can never achieve this quality on my K100D!
But how did you manage to take these guys? I've always been uncomfortable taking other people as I fear they may feel offended...
