sorry, but i feel the picture a little soft.

Hi, Pentaxians

Give me your comments on my photos.

I assumed u are using the FA 50mm f1.4? If you are you need to step down to f2 to get better result. K20D should have some color mode you can use, or u can set ur own WB.

I did some postprocess with my basic enhancement action, if u like can pm me ur msn and I can give u. It should help u get started on photoshop if u are new to it.

Hi Ben
You need to upload your photos to an online storage such as photobucket or flikr and then link it back here using the switch.
cheers:)[/QUOTE]

Hi Airconvent,

Thanks, I try this evening from home.

sorry, but i feel the picture a little soft.

Yes, you are right. These photos puzzled me why they are different from those who uploaded their photos and very colourful and crispy. Could be some problems with my old lcd monitor or my shaky hand???

Oh sure, I will ask u for help if I cannot find solution to my K20D. Thank you.
Also I use ULead PhotoImpact 12 bec I am used to it but still not familiar with PhotoShop.

nothing to do with ur hand shake, i don't see any handshake blur in the pictures.. just need to play around with the curves in photoshop & u shd get something close to wat longko is showing.

specially like the idea of this shot, thus tried to do something different with it. Hope you don't mind.

done(s)
- played with the curves
- increased the contrast
- b&w the background leaving the chilli & lemon colour

Hi, Pentaxians

Give me your comments on my photos.

Glad to see your photos here. As some already said, they look abit soft as they are for now, but certainly you can enhance them by some post processing.

Noticed that all these photos were shot at wide open F1.4, I think you forgot to change aperture when taking these photos? Actually you can try some other aperture settings and see how :)

Keep shooting and have fun.

Two more IR from the day:

That's how you shoot a flower when using a DA35macro lens :D

this one is perfect! the pair of eyes is spot on.

Thanks :)

Actually I had another slightly wider one here:

Both were taken w/ the DA*1650 wide open. The lens works pretty well during this first outing :)
