looking at the crackling makes me hungry!!

It quite good deal cos 1 kg of sio bak is only $11. I recommend less salt, use 1 teaspoon can liao. mine one turn out to be too salty.

for me i like to run a quick blow torch over the skin before and after it comes out from the oven.

that way gets the skin really crispy and not over cook the insides.
