yeah that's why I post it hehe sadly I didn't have my Cron with me to do comparison test also for a good bokeh it's the distance from the subject also and background that matters specially with the type of background... I bet if I have used the 90 or 135 it will have a different rendering of the background

But sharpness at f1.4 is pretty good already for me @ f2.0 its very sharp.... I think sharper than Cron @ f2.0

A short while ago, I got the SLR Magic CINE 35mm T/1.4 lens after trading in my old SLR Magic "Fujian CCTV" lens...

The new lens is a little weird at T1.4 (T-stops, not F-stops).. But once stopped down to T/2 or 2.8.. It sharpens up amazingly, and gives pretty creamy bokeh...

Brought the lens to the office today and took some shots of my wonderful colleagues seated around me...

No edits.. Straight OOC...

Minimum focus, 35cm... T2.8 also.. To see the sharpness this monster can get...

I'm a video guy... So I racked focus to the screen, to see the frontal bokeh.. Yes, I am watching Masterchef US 2012 episodes on YouTube...

At least get one bro. 35/2 cron asph. Seriously poisonous when u see d IQ, sharpness n Bokeh from it.

I mean M mount bro. Ard 3k for a good copy. Possibly a 6 bit version. Actually u dun need 6 bit version, maybe can get ard 2.8k?

I was just reading Steve huff blog. Zeiss 35/2 fixed on d RX1 seems sharper than cron 35/2 asph. Anyway. U could alwayz go for d CZ 35/2.0? Though u will lose tat Leica look character.
