Depends on where u go.

Thank you to the CSer who recently posted a link to DNG Flat Field Plug-in for LR. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the results I got from Cornerfix, although it is an eminently decent solution. I tried the LR plug-in for the first time today, and it seems to be the better option.

NEX-7 with Voigtlander 12mm f/5.6 at f/5.6 shot directly toward a hazy, late afternoon sun, in hazy atmospheric conditions, with DNG Flat Field Plug-in applied:

Not great conditions, not a great shot; but it does show that the plug-in fixes the NEX-7's magenta cast problem--and corrects falloff as well.

One o' those tinfoil critters with the lazy man's "macro"--NEX-7 with Vario-Elmar 35-70mm:

One complain I have with this lens is the CA or PF at high contrast areas good thing LR could still clean it

awesome thanks bro so far i have not seen this magenta cast.... have not tried using my UWA Tokina 11-16.

The magenta cast occurs when wide RF lenses are use, not with adapted SLR lenses.

Anyway, since you asked, here's what it looks like (along with the CV 12mm's heavy falloff):

Few more pix of the Jupiter-9 85/2 and Cron 90/2

Jupiter-9 is soft wide open but it renders image differently from other lens like my cron 90/2. Not as contrasty and sharp but it has it's own mystic its either you like it or you don't to me I kind-a like it.

Classic vs modern lens. Nice.

which one you like bro?

BTW my Jupiter-9 its 1967 build so this is way older than me but still working great the cron is slightly younger lens :-)

PS I'll do one day test shot all my 85/90 primes :-)
