Pictures from Nex-5N

Very nice poison! I think I'm gonna get one too! :P

I think u will miss ur OM set of lenses...it's great pairing with nex..

Definitely, but how could I know there will be a NEX 5N or 7. Anyway, can buy them again as they are not expensive. From what I see and hear, especially from FM, Sony has real winners, especially for my type. What I need is just 1 kit lens and maybe 20 legacy lenses.

Its always the learning curve that makes us buy buy buy. :)

Once we get too used to something, our hands get itchy again and our wallets suffer.

I see it in a different way, upgrading is really moving forward with the times, if we're contented with what we have, then we are not just standing still but moving backwards (as the whole world moves forwards).

20?! *faint*

When I was using the Canon 5D, that was what I had. Just sold my K5 and will pursue those lenses again cause the NEX body is the best for legacy lenses.

Maybe Nex 7 might suit u better with built in 2MP EVF if u can wait. though EVF may not suit everyone. I find the touchscreen magnify+sunny weather LCD brightness setting+peaking really works very well on outdoor (cloudy day), it wasn't possible with my olympus pen, had to mount evf.
Yes, it's still easy to get OM lenses, just tried OM 50/1.4 silver nose low serial number, it's great, nice bokeh.

Will try out the NEX 5N without the EVF and see whether I can get used to it. I figure the 16mp sensor is more than enough on APS-C. Got to learn new style of shooting from the hip. Will also get a PnS and dedicate the 5N to just legacy lenses. The current level of technological advancement is unimmaginable 2 years ago and honestly, today's PnS is already so amazing. After some 47 years of SLR photography, glad I am still alive to use and play with the wonders of today.

Three cheers for those companies who refuses to stick to traditional norms and continues to push the boundaries ! :D

I am kinda hook into Minolta lenses and most of them are AF lenses so cant jump or get m4/3 unless I'll get rokkor lenses. I am kinda trempted of getting NEX7 plus the a-mount adaptor. good for you bro is you've been a MF lens lover so moving from mirrorless system to another will be not so expenssive jump for you =)

Hope you enjoy using NEX system I bet you'll love the shallow DOF specially when using your expenssive MF lenses =)
