Focusing on the owl is not an issue as a torchlight was used but bird #2 was focused under natural low lighting at iso 5000, glad that K3 didn't disappoint me. :)

thanks imam.. I think you are right can suck blood one. I saw some dead pigeons and Murna birds around the area that day, probably sucking the struggling bird until they died. Nasib nasib, did not suck my blood. lol.

To me, the best thing Pentax got to offer as a user here is the community.
Just count the number who went away, ended up solo man and disappeared from CS entirely.

With an active shooting community and kakis, its easier to find new ideas/genres to shoot, and places to go together.
That certainly helps to keep interest up, imo.

Bangkok is the 2nd trip together with Bernard and Iman.
We covered Bali last year, and it was smashing!
Can't be happier with shooting kakis.

There have been other collaborations too, like Poser's model/strobing sessions and Pentriot/Maverick's Vietnam outing.
So, to me, Pentax is still the best brand to stick to, because one get's kakis and get to keep on shooting. :)

tot you picking the D series. My ZZZ series sent in for repair, had a fall while doing macro near longkang:( Hopefully can be restored back. So back to my trusted K5. The D can be gotten at 3 K over now. The 67 100 f4 macro is one great lens, n I prefer it to A120 f4. for macro. downside is shorter working distance but the output is fantastic, sharp and saturated colors, no need PP.

Ok K5, same vivitar 105 and male to male adapter 50 mm about max 2X mag. uncropp. flash.
