Re-process old pic to fix strong color cast, this was shot 4yrs ago with K5 + Sigma 10-20, that time was using HiTech ND filter which has a strong color cast...

Thanks... It was shot with 6 stops Haida, 2 images merged with HDR.
ah ic ic. HDR , in cam? or using photoshop to merge?

In my opinion, In camera merging is not good enough, u can't make any adjustment after it's being processed.
I use photo-matix to merge, it gives u more control on how you want your image to look like by making adjustments. After merging
you still can have the final image processed in lightroom. For the shooting, I normally take 5 shots or more, 1 stop in between.
How many images to merge is based on trial & error kind of technique. If merge with 3 images don't look good, I would try 2
images. For the above image, i chose 1 with slightly brighter exposure another under exposure to make the sky looks better. Hope
