Here are some first shots with the K3 and Tamron 10-24mm. Output-wise, I don't think there is much difference in DR, at least not to me.

The little GR has never stopped surprising me!

Hand-held shot at 1/125s | F6.3 | ISO800 (processed in RAW Therapee) with almost noise free and the detail level is excellent up to the level of leaves, grass and trace snow on grass! :-O

honestly, i was not very satisfied with my tamron 10-24 during this trip. flares too often and too many exposure issues (user problem?), anyhow, i am hunting for a sigma 10-20, do let me know if you have one to let go!
