Hi seefei thx. Btw its not demo shots just a daily shots cos i like to snap ;). Well...imho k5 and k5iis the difference is the sharpness and resolution. For me i can see real different. I hv less editing on my k5iis than k5. I will took more landscape or cityscape once my hand is recover...haizz cant carry heavy thingy now. Anyway i am really junior here just using dslr 1 year and 5mths only. Ok i will post some more tonight....thx and hope senior here will guide me along....thx inadvance

Finally settling down to do up some of my Yogyakarta shots in BW.
There was a heated discussion over in another sub-section over the advantages of FF and some samples were thrown out to show off FF low light capability.
But to me, for the size and cost (with the risk of being robbed off the camera), aps-c as on the K5 has come a long way.....

This is no Woodlands pasar malam with well lit tentage and stalls.
The streets itself was sparsely lit.
In the dark alleys, it was all dependent on the lighting of each stall.
Some were pressure lamps others just an oil lamp.
But the K5 delivered.

More here....

Pinholecam: that's a great shot! Very moody and dramatic shadows.
Tigershiok: nice framing!

Looks like I know where to go when I clear some leave in December ;)

How much focal length do I need in general?
Assuming that I will leopard crawl and all that to get near.

1500mm? or 1000mm? (using the Q)
Don't want to bring both lenses as that will be too heavy.

adding two more macro shots just captured with vivitar 105 macro and tubes 21mm flash light. iso about 400, shutter speed 1/80. diffusers

Really free??
No strings attached?

Like the o/p from both lenses (or course its really the person behind the lenses) :)

Simple stroll down Orchard Rd with the kids.

Just love the versatility of the FA31ltd.
