Grilled Black Sausage. According to the bartender, it's Cologne speciality. Can't get it anywhere else in Germany. And of cos, it taste GREAT! With beer! :)

And it only cost me EUR14.50 including 2 glasses of the local beer! Cheaper than going for a meal in Singapore and satisfaction is 200%.

This one is for Gary...

It's strange that you get no hangover with Germany beer...

Tim Mantoani is really an inspiring photographer who really enjoys his work as a photographer. Wish I could be like him someday... my polaroid wall pictures are not even 4x5!

The bartender.

He is 70 years old next month and he is still working full time. He has been in the hospitality business for over 50 years and he is still enjoying every moment.

Guess that's what makes them different from people in Singapore and it's what Mr Lee has all along encouraging us to be...

Brought the SWA along and managed to squeeze some shots with it in the early morning...

The hassey super wide is an amazing street camera. Small, unobtrusive, light and very easy to carry around, gives great images even without much consideration to composition of the picture. My favourite second to the Rolleiflex.

Thanks for sharing!

Tim is really a very down to earth guy and you can feel from the way he talks in the interview. No airs and very willing to share. Really a photographer's photographer. My idol!

It was a great privilege to sit through 2 hours of his workshop! And was FREE!

During the workshop he said that photographers have a chance to capture unsuspecting moment and people who made and defined history. Just like Amy Arbus who captured Madona and Harry Benson on The Beatles on the pillow fight, who captured them before they were even famous. That was so inspiring.... The pictures in your archive could be the defining moment in the future....

Looks great. Is it the Hasselblad rangefinder? :)

Sharing another exhibition by the Unicef...
