Tim Mantoani is really an inspiring photographer who really enjoys his work as a photographer. Wish I could be like him someday... my polaroid wall pictures are not even 4x5!

Then came across someone demo light equipment and a model posing...

Honestly, I haven't shot a real model before. Turn on my 5D MkII with the 40/f2 Ultron EF, point, focus and shoot... this is what I get:

C&C welcome.. :bsmilie:

Met some familiar faces...

Gary Fong, who is very popular with the DSLR community...

After the show ends... R&R time...

Spend sometime walking the town this evening...

Hey Chiif, anything from Cosina's booth? :)

Any test shot using voigtlander 25mm f/0.95 (mFT)? Or this lens is too old for display at photokina???

The fuji x100 can mount filters via their own filter adapter. I think it comes as optional accessory.

Cosina doesn't have a booth, but Voigtlander has one. On display are the usual stuff, the only thing that I don't have right now is the 0.95. Held it on hand, it feels like a heavy lens. Construction wise, it's as good as the f1.1. Focusing is smooth, as usual and it feels like a solid lens that makes every bit of your USD1100+ (estimated price) worth the money...

Whether it will be a winner, that's for the consumer, that is you, to judge. :)
