Ratatouille signing in!
Looks like all is fun after I leave =(
Aiyoz!!! I dont play mahjong. Can play aeroplane chess? kakaka... back to work with weird tan lines...
Wear longer pants and long sleeve top + gloves + scarf and you have no tan lines...but then...the 17 years old indian boy will not be interested in taking photo with you.
By the way, my take on yesterday session.
This is the first time I am doing such a event and it is indeed a HUMBLING EXPERIENCE.
I felt proud of some of the people who pooled their money together to take a photo because it is for charity (some philippino maids and some indian foreign workers) while I am quite ashamed that some nicely dressed, LV bag carrying people find paying S$10 for a photo too expensive for a good cause.
I do not mind rejections as this is your own free will to donate. However, some of the excuses are just embarrassing like " only 1 photo for $10 ?", " So expensive , printing is so cheap", " I go toilet and come back okay ?".
But the excuse of the day belong to a blonde lady in the evening who told me " my boyfriend will not like it". :dunno:
Thank you for giving me this experience to do something good (for once).
Sorry that at the end of the day, I still do not know most of you though we did chat. I remembered a few names ; Pixie - wants to pay me 10 bucks to take off my shirt, Sam who seems to love carrying his haversack around all the time (Think there is goldbar inside or he is training for the next expedition to Everest), dennis kee who is very friendly and have a great sense of humour, charles for being funny, 2 ladies (think you are both poly student but never got your name or due to my bad memory, cannot remember it) and of course the most hardworking PR Indian Guy (sorry that i talk to you a lot but forgotten your name). And the handheld flash guy with his Cannon 70-200 lens who obviously have strong arm carrying it around - CtrDelAlt ?
I am going outstationed tomorrow and will not be back until saturday. I will check if I can make it for sunday . Doing such things give me a high that
once is never enough !
Cheers
