wah...now CPS so difficult to apply? must be full time photographer and need employment letter or business registration cert as proof

pro body and L lenses is very common these days even amongst sec sch children. I think Canon want to stamp out consumers who buy a pro body and L lenses and demand unrealistic damands.

Scenario:

CPS counter staff: how can I help you sir?
RICH 1st time camera owner: I bought your top range 1DsMk2 and 600 f/4L lens. They are the 2 most expensive Canon can offer and I have some complains.
#1 The LCD is spoilt the first day I bought it, I can't shoot via the LCD and the user manual sucks cos it doesn't show how I to activate the video cam mode
#2 The lens sucks cos i can get a decent shot at family outings, it's always zoomed in and you don't provide a way to zoom out.
#3 I paid so much money and the camera is so big and cannot fit my pocket.
Being a CPS member, I want you to fix these problems.
