HS...just went for a minor surgery last week but, dunno wat happened...his wound raptured on Wed. Now hv to go back to hospital to clean up wound everyday. Had to cancel his trip to US yesterday too. Poor guy...must be painful like hell!!:bheart:

Miss the fun times and kopi sessions. now everyday just work...eat...play with mini HS...sleep and the cycle goes on.

Hi Racoon, wishing a speedy recovery for Hotspots!

Eikin: Reading from the website, summitting Mt Fuji may be too ambitious for me as I'll mostly have business attire with me, plus Sun 22 departing for China.

Looking at the bus schedule, it might be possible to bus and return on same day. Hoping that the 1 Apr 07 Schedule is the same as last year's as shown in the web link given.

So here's the plan:
Take Chuo Hwy Bus from Shinjuku 0710 to Kawaguchiko 0855
Spend the day around Kawaguchiko & the lake area
Leave Kawaguchiko 1759 to Shinjuku 1944

What do you think? Worth the journey?

Ya, it is not advisible as the weather may be too unpredictable. But the town of Kawaguchiko (6hrs hike below the summit) should be open.
