No lah! Eat healthy and balance diet and do the right kind of excerise lah! Do not eat too much carbo and fatty stuff loh. Like tat should be ok lah. Heard from ppl that mum-to-be also can be slim by not eating too much carbo and fatty stuffs :bsmilie:

Been reading about TeleCon and zoom and bla bla bla

Read that 2x degrade pictures.... and loose 2 stops... but what i really want to know how bad does it degrade.. if pics still nice n moderately sharp.. should be ok?

2X not too bad what, I'll take a sample later and post.
but it does cutdown 2 stops of light and slows down the AF

So, up the iso 2X to compensate for light loss
And pre focus or MF to gain back speed.
