I think it's still borderline. I'm 31 so doctor said it's manageable. It was through a company health screening that I discovered I had a high blood sugar count. Last year's was normal though. It was 22 mmol/L during the screening. Very high eh? It dropped to 12.9 mmol/L when I submitted some blood for further tests the next day.

Currently, I am to go to a polyclinic to plan my diet with the dietician... Doctor said to try controlling diet first. If no effect, then she will give me medication.

Yamlo, would appreciate that list if possible. Thanks!

But take care -- diet can help a lot in your case.
