Photo Shootout on 27 Feb 2010 - Models, Sports Cars - Post Your Photos :D

hahhaha Did u try your strobe?

Brought it along but didn't manage to set it up. The sun was too strong anyway.

Also, had to DI the eyebags from the twins.

Overall, quite challenging having to consider angles since background was messy with reflections abound. The fast changing lighting from harsh to mild gave some exposure problems, but Chee Leng managed to tame it with his reflector. The models were very photogenic and posed naturally.

Baracus, you did well, and I am sure the twin will be happy with the results. What is "DI" - excuse me as I am not into post-processing. Good job! Can you put hair onto my head too?

yeah get what u mean. I think u should leave some eyebags to make it more natural as anyone above 21 will have eyebags haha... #5 I can see u take the anchor from a lighter tone =P

something wrong with 5 and 6??? :dunno:

Thanks. DI = Digital Imagery(?) a.k.a post-processing.

Sure I can add some hair to your head. Afro, can?

For #5, I over-softened and introduced artificial light from the left since her face was originally in the shadows. For #6, it was a simple case of overexposure.

As for eyebags, even my xmm cosplay models have them, especially when doing morning shoot. Almost 2nd nature for me to remove eyebags in PP. :bsmilie:

Digital Imaging Artist or DI Artist...

Best to leave the eye bags alone... its too much to be clone away for this case... i can still see traces of it...

It just shows how hard she has been working to earn that $. I will ask her to sleep a bit more and put on the cucumber or potato slices! :D

Oh yeah, to be a model isn't an easy thing, especially under hot sun w/ a black car :bsmilie:

It wasn't my favourite pics, so I just did a quick 10sec healing/brush touch up. Need to present them as flatteringly as possible. Which is why I prefer normal looking models. More challenging.

A few more for ther other three models:

I drink kopi when I PP, so the caffeine makes me edit faster. :bsmilie:

For me it's the other way around. That's why you see me walking away in Fengwei's pic. :bsmilie:
