Leaving the left hand in will mean that the tight framing will be lost. Will have less impact if I included her left hand...

nice shoot i would say. I'm not keen on the chopped hand as well. As you are aiming for tight shoot - so you decided to chop her hand - why not goes even more tight can chopped even more? Perhaps will look better
