erthling... try 2 secs, f/11, ISO100. Or 2.5 secs, f/13... Leave it on Manual focus and focus almost on infinity. This shot was taken @ 18mm focal length.

Its nice, I like this. No need to be sharp imo. A slight blur shows her energy.
