i tried Pastel filter but the results not even close to yours. what other "tricks" you have for achieving such nice skin tone?

no tricks, I think I did set the metering in camera just a little over exposure or maybe the K7's sensor is different from K'5 in the skintones.
I don't know.
But for sure, I only shot RAW DNG.
