Wow, just so many nice shots and some real funny captions too.
Pentax users just raised the bar and rock!

That's great enthusiasm.
Only 1 day after the outing, we see many posts and enjoy your series.
Keep them coming.:)

Concur with maestro Creampuff here, great shots & witty captions too.
many Pentaxians are attaining "yokozuna" grand champion class;p  .how to catch up when afflicted by LBA, ah?:dunno:

I didn't really take any wildlife shots. It was much more fun watching the antics of the animals live instead of through the viewfinder.

Anyway, here are my strobist shots of the day. Tried playing with cross lighting and gels, but not fully pleased with the outcome. But as usual, I learned some new techniques and applications from it for the next time around.

Great shots. Did you wait for the feeding time? Good catch! Finally the White Tiger had some expression. I waited and waited and waited, as it walked round and round and round... my head turning too! haha

Haha, bro I waited till 2.20pm for this shot. I think bro Fajar also captured it. :)

Hardcore! Where did pinhole park his bike?

Just bought myself a new foldable bike, Birdy Touring, and not cheap lah, so must protect it from being stolen. The last big bike was stolen. Low Crime Doesn't Mean NO Crime, really is true one. Hope pinhole still got his bike home! But very sporty lah, with all the gears. Need to check whether he join biking groups. This will be my next combined outing - biking and photographing - both physical and mental exercise!

Hey, this is fun! Something unusual and creative :D

My lens got dizzy too, that why my shots blurred.:bsmilie:

This was as closed I can get.

Like the idea of biking & photographing.
I last rode my Santa Cruz was March 2009.
Wow! time flies.

I brought along 2 lenses for the outing. Pentax FA*300mm & Sigma 180mm Macro.
The weather was quite humid after the light rain.
Here's my share of some selected shots with the Sigma.

I already did 5.30am :) but I missed the group since I woke up a bit late and waited for the group below Prata hill instead. They passed me but no one was wearing the jersey, so I thought they were some other group. Ended up doing the loop alone.
Got back at 7+, and got on the cheapo URATA foldable, so little fear of bike theft.

After losing 2 bikes to negligence, my commute bike is now a cheap URATA foldable. Not exactly cheap since its still above $200. The best are <$90 market bikes (in one of the bike thefts, they just left my $60 bike alone even after unlocking the chain with was locking both bikes).
But a $60 bike really cannot make it for distances longer than to the market :D
