That's what they quoted to me when I was there to get a filter.

Seriously, better to go down to the shops and talk personally to get a quote, they oftentimes will give a good price to make the sale. With e-quotes and phone calls, the shops know you're just price checking and will give a ballpark figure because there is no guarantee of a sale because they don't really know if and when you'll show up to buy.

But today I came to Cathay and ask for the price , they said it 's S$1850 for the body only .

Someone from John 3:16 said they sold a 20D for 900+.

Somehow i find that quite unbelievable, with or without the kit lens.
