Pentax Luna New Year Promotion - K-7 for $13xx, Twin WR Kit Lenses for $439SGD!

Hi Guys,

I dropped by OP in the afternoon, was told they just started a promotion for K-7 camera body at $1499 only! But you need to trade in a used (or new) camera, any camera will do: digital or film, P&S or SLR, working or non-working. A better camera would give you a better deal, which means you can have a brand new K-7 for less than $1499! What a deal!

Made some calls just now, seems the deal is on w/ most regular shops:
AP at Funan, CP, MS Color, OP, TK Foto, Bally Photo Elec., Manly Department Store, and etc.

Wish I didn't have my K-7 yet, so I could trade in one of my junk film cameras for it ...

Edit: Now the deal is getting sweeter, you can buy the twin WR kit (DA18-55 WR and DA500-200 WR) for just $439 or less if you are buying the K7 or already have a K7!

If I had a K20D, I'd sell it here at b&s forum, and trade in another junk camera for the K-7 If you don't have a junk camera, you can always get one from the Thief Market at Sungei Road (just 5 min walk from Sim Lim Square) for 5 dollars or less, then trade for the K-7 at OP :bsmilie:

If you trade (sell) your K10D, you sure can get it for less than 1k

As far as I know, K-7 was sold pretty well. But K-x probably hurt the sale a bit

Eeeyer... how come got no such promotion when I bought my K-7?
Anyway this is a good opportunity for those owners using legacy and discontinued models to trade-up to a better camera with a newer sensor. Some more got HD video capability...

Why so negative lah bro? This is a chance for more people to experience the K-7 and have some pocket change. Competitive pricing is good.
