what do you think the best lens to be used for this function? I only used fa 50 f1.4 and the effect is quite nice, I don't have any idea for the longer ones without the use of tripod
Really nice videos... I'm counting the days till I get my hands on a K7.. OT a little bit.. does anyone know if an SMC-M lens will work on K7 video? I'm guessing it wont but I cant see a definitive answer on this anywhere...I'm wishin I wont have to replace my M 50mm 1.4.. Thanks..

Thanks for your reply... I wasn't sure how K7 would meter with a full manual lens..perhaps it will only work wide open?... I hope somebody has tried this and will kindly share their experience (maybe some sample video )

On the K10D and K20D we will put the DSLR in M mode, set the desired aperture on the aperture ring, and press the green button which will stop down the lens and meter and set the shutter speed. The K7 should probably have this as well.
