Crap!! That's defenitely not a good way to start a thread but.. CRAP!!
Forgive me for taking passport photo in Singapore for the first time, but $8.00 for 4 pieces is whatchama-called "overpriced"!!
I initially saw them stating Singapore passport (6 pieces) = $1.50, and went in, then realized it was $8.00.. without much consideration (I urgently need it) I hesitantly agreed. Then, I was so stunned when the girl took out Canon PowerShot A-series camera, and asked me to stand infront of a piece of wall (which is not even a smooth white-coloured backdrop!)
When I kindly enquired her about the $1.50 price, she said that's for reproduction! Ok, so I asked if I would be given softcopy of what has been taken, and she replied "NO! Of course not, you need to pay $5.00 to get that burned out into CD.."
:thumbsd:
It is them who spoil the Singapore photo development market...
** Above are my personal experience and views, doesnt mean others need to think the same as I do.. If you had similar experience or think the same way as I do, do share.. Thanks!
